You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, translating market needs into detailed product specifications, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our FinTech platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the FinTech space.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on FinTech or SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of financial services, payment systems, and blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and A/B testing.
