Our client, a leader in the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the success of key product lines. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to innovate and lead from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, defining product roadmaps, and guiding product development from concept to market launch. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of consumer needs, market dynamics, and the FMCG landscape, coupled with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, optimizing existing products, and ensuring our client remains at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned FMCG product categories. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight generation to identify market opportunities and unmet needs. Develop comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) and collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Manage the P&L for assigned products, tracking performance, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. Monitor product performance against key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive product success. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members. Champion customer-centricity throughout the product development process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a significant plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on the FMCG industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and product lifecycle management. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product strategies. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with agile product development methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in market research tools and product analytics platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote work environment.
