Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is seeking a highly strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to drive product development and innovation initiatives from their **Kaduna, Kaduna, NG** office. This role is instrumental in identifying market opportunities, developing new product strategies, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer insights, product marketing, brand management, and experience within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for new and existing FMCG products. Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify new product opportunities and unmet needs. Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market analysis and consumer feedback. Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, concept development, and testing to commercialization and post-launch evaluation. Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Track product performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for product improvement and optimization. Manage product P&Ls and contribute to revenue growth targets. Lead cross-functional product teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the FMCG sector. Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners. Present product strategies and business cases to senior leadership. Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or brand management, with a significant portion within the FMCG industry. Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful FMCG products. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and data analysis. Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with product development processes and managing product lifecycles. Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes within the FMCG sector is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based and remote work as needed. Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Kaduna, Kaduna, NG**.
