Our product development is handled by the Products & Engineering Department, consisting of 15 cross-functional product teams distributed across three product domains (Consumer, Business, and Platform), working in an agile environment.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) for our Buyer Protection Services who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment, has a passion for outstanding user experiences, and actively drives innovation. Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) for our Buyer Protection Services, you will shape the long-term vision and drive the continuous development of our buyer protection system. You will lead initiatives that make this system indispensable for millions of users – by creating experiences they love and trust.
In close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that every product decision provides real value to users while achieving measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with responsibility for launching new products or business-critical features (ideally in the SaaS, financial services, or insurance sector).
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to deliver value step-by-step.
- Outcome-oriented mindset: You go beyond features and directly link decisions to business value, customer needs, and company goals.
- Strong user focus: You give weight to the consumer's voice and ensure their needs are at the center of every decision.
- Growth-oriented mindset: You are motivated by growth – not the status quo. You use data, insights, and bold decisions to build momentum and drive scaling.
- Ideally, an understanding of financial and insurance environments, including their technical, functional, data, and compliance-related challenges.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- High comfort level with ambiguity and change – you feel comfortable in environments where not everything is yet defined.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, international environment; ideally with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, or Risk Management.
- Experience with customer service and subscription management tools is a plus.
