Responsibilities

• You will be part of our AI team and responsible for our portfolio of AI solutions, from general workplace tools to specialized AI applications for our business units.
• You will screen the market, evaluate innovative solutions, and enable the productive use of AI products at Würth in collaboration with business units and IT.
• You will develop and own the product vision and translate corporate and divisional goals into a clear product strategy, including target state, focus domains, and priorities.
• You will identify and validate use cases for agent-based architectures, manage the product roadmap, and accompany AI products from idea to rollout.
• You will be responsible for the roadmap along measurable KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Quote, Ticket-Deflection, Conversion, Cost-to-Serve, Task Success Rate) and manage MVPs, experiments, and iterative further developments.
• You will evaluate new developments in the field of Generative AI and multi-agent systems, work closely with IPAI partners, research institutions, and start-ups, and integrate promising approaches into our portfolio strategy.
• Based on this, you will derive well-founded build/buy/partner recommendations (including vendor management) and ensure economically sensible, scalable decisions.
• You will work closely with our sales teams, data scientists, data engineers, DevOps experts, and external partners.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of practical experience in product management of AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of generative AI and multi-agent systems as well as their application potential in business processes, including orchestration of agentic workflows and evaluation and quality methods.
• Experience in managing cross-functional product teams.
• Ideally, knowledge of agent frameworks (e.g., AgentCore, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Familiarity with modern cloud stacks (e.g., AWS) and MLOps practices.
• Analytical and strategic mindset as well as a strong understanding of business processes.
• High degree of personal responsibility, innovative spirit, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
