Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead critical initiatives in our HR Technology ecosystem, including evaluating new solutions, managing custom builds, and integrating AI‑driven tools into the employee experience.

• This role is housed within our People Success domain and reports to the Head of HR Technology.
• This is a transformative opportunity for someone capable of navigating various domains rather than solely focusing on one.
• You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to develop modern and user‑friendly tools that enhance employee experiences and improve scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of strategic HR technology initiatives spanning internal tools, third‑party solutions, AI capabilities, and integrations with platforms like Slack and Google Workspace.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, whether through in‑house development or by selecting and integrating external tools.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from vision and prioritization through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to design solutions focused on achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Engage stakeholders and vendors to align on priorities, shape roadmaps, and expedite delivery.
• Utilize emerging AI capabilities to modernize and simplify workflows across the HR ecosystem.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, and track progress against defined outcomes.
• Establish metrics to gauge success and promote continuous improvement throughout the HR Tech stack.

What We Seek (Requirements)

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional technology projects with measurable impact.
• A robust record of making buy vs. build decisions and successfully executing both strategies.
• Experience in multiple HR domains and integrating tools into productivity platforms like Slack or Google Workspace.
• Proven track record in driving AI‑forward initiatives from conceptualization to implementation.
• Confidence in influencing senior leadership, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to align around impactful solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with technologies such as AI/ML, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion for deploying technology to enhance how people work.

Compensation

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range from $176,035 to $207,100 USD. Full‑time offers from Coinbase include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
