- Collaborate with Engineering to define technical capabilities such as MFA, SSO, passwordless authentication, and RBAC/ABAC frameworks.
- Engage with security architecture teams to ensure compliance with NIST, CIS, HIPAA, and internal risk management frameworks.
- Develop detailed acceptance criteria, user stories, and epics in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a key advocate for IAM across multiple enterprise stakeholders, including Digital, Security, and Compliance teams.
- Facilitate alignment between organizational identity strategy and line-of-business initiatives such as digital onboarding and self-service experiences.
- Effectively communicate updates, outcomes, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Data, Insights, and Value Realization
- Establish platform-level KPIs for IAM, focusing on metrics such as authentication success rates and fraud reduction.
- Utilize analytics, customer feedback, and testing to continuously optimize identity flows.
