Position Overview Join us at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation as a Senior Product Manager leading the Interventional GI & Accessories team. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead your team in managing the Interventional GI & Accessory product portfolio, engaging various internal and external stakeholders.

• Foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), organizing site visits, attending industry events, and soliciting their feedback for product development.

• Provide in-depth clinical and market knowledge, contributing to strategy and product offerings that meet customer needs.

• Support sales teams with product demonstrations and strategic planning for market penetration.

• Develop comprehensive 3-to-5-year strategic plans, including product commercialization, marketing, and financial forecasting.

• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to stay updated and drive innovation in future pipeline discussions.

• Oversee all commercialization activities for new products, from launch preparation to post-launch support and evaluation.

• Assist in managing trade show participation, ensuring effective execution of events and workshops.

• Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals and internal teams regarding product operations and requirements.

• Lead on-site evaluations for new products, ensuring protocols align with global expectations and summarizing results effectively.

• Develop strategies to highlight the clinical and economic benefits of Fujifilm technology.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or biology.

• 10+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, including 8+ years with a strong clinical background.

• Prior experience in Interventional GI is preferred.

• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and time management skills.

• Ability to interpret and present data effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands for up to 100% of applicable work time.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

• Close vision required for tasks performed at a close range.

Travel: • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including evenings and weekends, primarily domestically.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
