You will join our Connection group, where the core value of our marketplace is created: turning buyer intent into meaningful business conversations with the right suppliers.
As part of one of Europe’s largest B2B marketplaces — with hundreds of thousands of supplier profiles and thousands of monthly buyer interactions — you’ll own how buyers and suppliers meet, interact, and build relationships on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Work across the full connection journey — from request creation to messaging and ongoing collaboration — with a strong focus on improving matching quality, conversation depth, and retention.
- Take ownership of meaningful product problems from day one.
- Use AI to make interactions more relevant, efficient, and valuable.
