Role Overview: PubMatic is seeking a strategic and data-driven Sr. Product Manager to lead the development of their Mobile Monetization product portfolio. The ideal candidate will define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for monetization products across PubMatic's ecosystem of mobile app publishers. This role requires expertise in AdTech, specifically programmatic advertising in the mobile app space, along with a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical acumen, customer engagement, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: - Own the strategy and roadmap for Mobile Monetization, including driving ML products to enhance monetization on mobile apps. - Identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize monetization opportunities in the mobile app bid stream data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and company objectives. - Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather insights, identify pain points, and shape product direction. - Oversee the execution of product roadmap initiatives, ensuring efficient and scalable product development. - Define and track KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives, refining strategy and execution based on data-driven insights. - Some domestic and international travel may be required for this position.

Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech and Mobile App monetization, preferably with programmatic advertising expertise. - B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering preferred for strong technical understanding. - Proven experience in real-time data processing, AI/ML applications in AdTech, and large-scale bid stream signal management. - Deep understanding of RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and data enrichment methodologies. - Ability to identify new monetization opportunities by leveraging cross-functional insights and engineering capabilities. - Strong leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional communication skills with customer-facing experience. - Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously. - Prior work experience in mobile DSP or mobile performance advertising is a plus.
