These diverse activities await you

• Development of new card and payment solutions – from idea through business case and prototyping to go-live.
• Technical responsibility for the optimization of our digital onboarding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Further development of existing services and the Swiss Bankers App with a focus on user experience, performance, authorization rates, cost structures, and fraud prevention.
• Monitoring of key KPIs such as transaction volume, card sales, error rates, and loading behavior.
• Analysis of operational data and support cases to identify concrete improvement opportunities.
• Expansion of the product portfolio and identification of new market opportunities – also internationally.
• Evaluation of regulatory requirements in close coordination with Compliance.
• Leadership of technical projects together with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Collaboration with external technology partners, processors, schemes, and wallet providers.

In short: You shape, prioritize, and successfully bring topics to completion.

You impress us with

• Several years of experience in Product Management in the payments environment, ideally in issuing.
• Deep understanding of central card processes (Issuing, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement, Tokenization).
• Know-how in the economic viability of card products (Interchange, Scheme Fees, Processing Costs).
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (FINMA, E-Geld, PSD2, AML/KYC).
• Ability to formulate technical requirements in a structured manner (User Stories, Specifications).
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies.
• Very good business administration knowledge and experience with business cases.
• Structured way of working, strong communication skills, and clear decision-making ability.
• Very good German and English skills; French an advantage.
