Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) – B2B SaaS

About

You are the central point of contact as a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our established SaaS product "Regulatory Radar", coordinating requirements, priorities, and implementation between enterprise customers, development, marketing, and sales. Based on this, you will further develop the product vision and roadmap and accompany the implementation within the team.

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate and communicate regularly with the product and development team as well as marketing and sales to ensure a common vision and efficient implementation.
• You will continuously develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS product. Within the scope of Product Discovery, you will understand customer and user needs, validate hypotheses, and conceptualize solution approaches and features.
• You will be in close contact with our enterprise customers and support them with requirements analysis as well as in offer and sales processes.
• You will lead our development team and the Technical Product Owners and coordinate collaboration among all stakeholders.
• You have an affinity for the regulated environment. You will ensure that relevant regulatory changes (e.g., EU/USA) are considered in the product context and translate them into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in product management of digital products – ideally in the B2B SaaS environment.
• You are strong in stakeholder management and work confidently in interdisciplinary teams.
• You have already gained initial leadership experience and are motivated to take responsibility and develop a team further.
• You have a good technical understanding and are familiar with modern software architectures to work with development teams on an equal footing.
• Ideally, you have already worked in the MedTech/Regulatory/Compliance environment or have experience in Regulatory Intelligence.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
