For our Product Management department in Stuttgart, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) Cards in full-time as soon as possible.

Do you want to take responsibility and shape the future? In Creditplus Product Management, you actively drive banking products forward and take on end-to-end ownership - from the idea through roadmap and prioritization to tangible market impact. You will make decisions, set clear priorities, work closely with IT, Operations, and business departments, and consistently drive ideas to implementation to develop products that create customer value and scale economically sustainably. This is where impact is created with the ambition to make banking a little better every day.

What You'll Work On

• Responsibility for the vision, roadmap, and performance of card products in the daily banking product portfolio
• Development of the card offering along the customer journey, pricing, features, and operational feasibility
• Management and technical coordination with external card and service partners
• Identification and prioritization of new features, services, and optimizations based on customer needs and business goals
• Translation of strategic requirements into technical concepts, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Management of implementation in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, IT, and Operations
• Ensuring go-live readiness, operational processes, and product-related customer communication
• Responsibility for product governance, regulatory requirements, and relevant scheme specifications
• Monitoring of product performance, customer feedback, and operational issues, and derivation of improvements
• Contribution to business cases and the economic and pricing development of card products within the regulatory framework

What You Bring

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in Product Management in a digital environment - ideally in Banking, Payments, or Cards
• Sound experience in holistic product management - from conception to implementation
• Good understanding of card products, customer journeys, and Visa and/or Mastercard requirements
• Basic understanding of the economic drivers of card products
• Experience in agile environments and in collaborating with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical understanding of KPIs, customer feedback, and operational data
• Confident handling of governance, risk, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
