What awaits you

You will take responsibility for a product area of our platform: the digital backbone that orchestrates the entire legal case management. Our platform is not a single-user tool. It connects four very different stakeholder worlds:

• Clients who need clarity about their case quickly
• Legal protection insurance companies that expect transparency, control, and reporting
• Partner lawyers who want to work efficiently and focus on legal value creation
• Our internal operations teams who manage case distribution, quality assurance, and communication

This multifaceted nature is precisely what makes the job exciting – and challenging. You translate professional reality from all four worlds into scalable product solutions, rather than optimizing for one user group against the others.

Specifically, this means:

• Ownership for product vision, product strategy and roadmap of a central product area
• Development and prioritization of a data-based roadmap along user needs, business goals and technical dependencies
• Continuous product discovery through user interviews, stakeholder workshops, shadowing and data-based analyses
• Validation of problem statements, hypotheses and solution approaches before implementation
• Translation of company goals and user needs into prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Prioritization of opportunities, features and trade-offs along strategic goals, user value and business impact
• Management of complex stakeholder structures at management, departmental and partner levels
• Definition of relevant KPIs as well as setup and evaluation of experiments and product metrics
• Close collaboration with Engineering and Product Design along the entire product lifecycle – from discovery to delivery and iteration

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in product management of digital products – ideally in B2B SaaS, platforms or regulated industries
• Product strategy, vision and roadmaps for complex product areas
• Experience with complex stakeholder constellations – you have already managed products where multiple user groups with competing needs come together
• Demonstrable impact: Products and features whose success you can make measurable – not just "launched", but with clear outcomes
• Senior mindset: You lead through clarity, not volume – and make prioritization decisions, even if they are uncomfortable
• Data literacy: Basic SQL knowledge, comfort with product and BI tools (we use PostHog and Metabase), hypothesis-driven work
• Negotiation-level German – lawyers, insurance companies and operations communicate precisely, and so do we
• Pragmatism: Better to solve the right problem roughly than the wrong one perfectly
