Your Responsibilities

• WAGNER is a market-leading manufacturer of coating technology – and you will actively drive the further development of our portfolio of manual and automated applicators in the field of wet coating.
• You will recognize market and customer requirements early on, translate them into clear product requirements, and accompany new solutions from R&D, production, sales, and marketing to successful market launch.
• With a feel for trends, competition, and growth potential, you will develop future-proof positioning and marketing strategies, thereby strengthening the differentiation and market success of our portfolio.
• Throughout the entire product lifecycle, you will keep an eye on performance, customer benefit, and optimization potential, derive effective measures for the further development of your products, and strategically combine market feedback, technical issues, and practical experience from sales and customer applications.
• Furthermore, you will impart product knowledge in a target-group-oriented manner, support successful marketing with training and selected practical applications, and thus contribute to the continuous development of our portfolio.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, or a comparable qualification and have good technical understanding of the coating industry.
• You also have several years of experience in product management of technical products in the B2B environment and have already achieved success in the development and market launch of new solutions.
• You combine market understanding, analytical strength, and methodological competence to make well-founded decisions and recognize potential early on.
• Personally, you convince with initiative, hands-on mentality, and a confident demeanor, as well as clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Very good German and English skills as well as a willingness to travel of around 30% complete your profile.
