Your Role

You are responsible for the squad's product strategy and will help us scale the Payment part of our business. Your objective is to deeply analyze user needs, conduct market benchmarking, define a roadmap aligned with Agicap's strategic objectives, negotiate with banks, and design the future of payments at Agicap on an international scope.

This Squad specializes in bank payment, so its objective is to enable our clients to make international payments using specific protocols you must master (EBICS, SWIFT, Editran, Bank API).

You will work closely with designers, software engineers, and operational teams to define and deliver the right product.

You will collaborate with all business stakeholders to align on common business objectives.

Being a Product Manager at Agicap means building innovative technical solutions to meet the needs in treasury, cash management, debt management, and SME/mid-market financing.

⚡️ As a PM, your mission will be to:

• Develop new products and features by analyzing data, conducting user interviews, studying competition, and leveraging feedback from multidisciplinary teams to identify new opportunities
• Become an expert in bank payment and negotiate with banks
• Collaborate with Tech, Design, Sales, Support, and Data teams to continuously transform learnings into opportunities, hypotheses, tests, and features that delight our 8000+ international clients and directly contribute to Agicap's growth
• Set quarterly business and product objectives for your squad (in alignment with the CEO, CPO, and CTO)
• Develop your squad's product roadmap based on Agicap's strategic objectives
• Be responsible for the quality and deadlines of the features your squad delivers; we like the MVP approach
• Build a close relationship with tech and design to produce innovative features within short deadlines
• Measure and continuously track the impact of features developed by your squad

⭐ Profile Sought:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a PM
• You master bank payment protocols (EBICS, Swift, Editran, direct integration with bank APIs)
• You have launched products that have delivered significant results for the company and real added value for users
• You have strong analytical skills and approach subjects with curiosity and methodological rigor
• You possess excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, convey a vision, and clearly explain user value and business impact
• You are used to working directly with developers and designers
• You are comfortable listening and communicating with external stakeholders
• You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership
• You are fluent in French and English (German or Italian proficiency is a plus)
