Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for our Platforms, you will champion the product front and effectively convey insights to management and technical teams. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and prioritization of issues. Your coordination will ensure clear communication within the product family and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process, including commercialization tasks to successfully launch products in the market.
• Own the Exchange Product, facilitating Payment Facilitator fund distribution, while enhancing the product experience.
• Serve as the key product expert for our platforms and aggregator services.
• Drive product development, improvements, and roadmap creation.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle to ensure successful development efforts.
• Continuously assess customer and market needs to inform product direction.
• Develop compelling business cases to support recommendations for new products.
• Address issues throughout product development, including root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Act as a primary negotiator between internal teams and clients to resolve challenges.
• Create documentation and API specifications for each feature ready for publication.
• Represent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events.
• Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of Payment systems and Payment Facilitators.
• Solid understanding of fund disbursement for PFAC & gateway products within the payment sector.
• Comfortable with technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and technical feasibility, engaging with technology for at least 40% of your role.
• Ability to assess the technical impact on end merchants and deliver effective communications regarding significant changes.
• Aptitude for facilitating consensus among diverse stakeholders while providing comprehensive project details.
• Skilled in reporting complex concepts and projects succinctly for executives clarity.
• A collaborative team player who excels in group success and is self‑driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred or equivalent working experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project or Product Management, particularly within the payments or Payment Facilitator domain.
• Proven track record in producing technical written content.
• Experience in Project Management and navigating a Matrix Environment.
• Strong capability in communicating technical concepts to both IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Adept at resolving issues and negotiating between internal teams and clients.

Salary Range

$120,000.00 – $198,000.00

This salary range is applicable in New Jersey and New York, and may vary in other states.
