Your Role

In this senior role, you will be responsible for a part of our product portfolio, combining technical understanding with market insight, and actively driving product strategy, market launch, and further development – with significant scope for action and tangible impact. With your contribution, you will ensure that technical product ideas become robust solutions with real market impact – and actively shape the next stage of sustainable green roofs and facades in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify market potential domestically and abroad, and translate customer needs and challenges into concrete technological development projects.
• Work closely with sales, technical, marketing, and other internal interfaces, and actively develop processes around your portfolio.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and training materials, making complex technical content understandable and effective.

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed a technical or business administration degree or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical product management, technical market development, or a comparable interface function.
• Very good German, good English, and willingness to travel domestically and to neighboring countries.
