The Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Real World Data (RWD) Products, you will be pivotal in defining and maintaining the structure of our RWD portfolio. Your role involves translating data capabilities into clearly defined, commercially viable, and scalable product offerings. Working closely with Commercial, Platform Product, Data Science & Informatics, and Delivery teams, you will establish precise tier boundaries, configuration models, and portfolio guidelines that facilitate predictable execution and growth. This position reports to the VP, RWD Product & Offering Management.
What You Will Own
- Offering Structure & Tier Design: Define and maintain the RWD SKU architecture, including standard and enhanced tiers. Establish criteria differentiating offerings by scope, data asset types, enrichment, refresh cadence, and service components. Develop, validate, and launch compelling data products.
- Commercial Alignment & Guardrails: Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure clear positioning of offerings. Define boundaries between product, configurable options, and custom services while supporting pricing logic and packaging decisions. Reduce ambiguity in scoping through structured offering definitions.
- Portfolio Rationalization: Evaluate new capabilities for integration within the existing architecture. Drive SKU simplification and version clarity to align offerings with portfolio strategy.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management or data product leadership within healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven experience in commercializing real world data products, including offering and tier structure definition.
- Experience in scaling or rationalizing multi-SKU B2B data portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into structured offerings.
- 3+ years’ experience with real world data products (claims, lab, EMR, prescriptions, and linked datasets) in a commercialization, product, or solutions role.
- Adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, with offers typically made below the top of the range. Final compensation will be influenced by skills, training, experience, education, and market factors.
