Role Overview: As a Group Product Manager for Targeting and Advanced Measurement at Albertsons Media Collective, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers focusing on Audience Targeting, Measurement, Attribution, Reporting, and Rich UI/UX Dashboards. Your strategic vision will drive demand and performance for the Collective while ensuring cohesive product execution, team alignment, and consistent delivery of user-centric reporting products.

Key Responsibilities: - Drive the vision and execution for Audience Targeting and Advanced Measurement methodologies to enhance demand and performance. - Foster a strong team culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and consistent delivery; manage conflicts and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. - Conduct experimentation, testing, and data analysis to enhance platform effectiveness and user satisfaction, monitoring tool adoption and sentiment. - Collaborate with product and business teams in the US, representing the Measurement & Reporting portfolio with senior leadership to shape roadmaps and execute against business priorities. - Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to evolve the product strategy.

Qualifications: - 12+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years managing Product Managers or cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of building high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and talent development. - Experience in leading product strategy for marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and experimentation frameworks. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment with global reporting. - Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma). - Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or related field. - Deep experience in audience targeting, media measurement, experimentation, or analytics-driven product ecosystems. - Solid understanding of the retail and digital media ecosystem. - Experience with Clean-rooms and identity resolution. - Strong SQL & Python Experience.
