WHO ARE YOU

Platform thinkers. Outcome obsessed.

Builders. Problem-solvers. Curious minds. People who move fast, embrace AI as a competitive edge, and believe that great internal platforms make every team better. ABOUT NESTO AND NESTO CLOUD

Canada's leading mortgage technology company.

Nesto is Canada’s leading provider of mortgage technology and financing solutions, managing $73B+ CAD in residential and commercial mortgages, with 1,000+ team members across 12 offices nationwide. You will be working on Nesto Cloud, Canada’s most advanced cloud platform, delivering end-to-end technology solutions for lenders in the digital age. ABOUT THE TEAM Where you sit.

You’ll be embedded in the Product team, at the intersection of business operations and Nesto Cloud. Your closest partners will be Senior Salesforce Developers, who own the technical architecture, Apex and integrations, alongside stakeholders across sales, mortgage advisory, and operations.

Your job is to own the what and why. The developer owns the how. Together, you’re the engine behind everything Salesforce at Nesto. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Own the platform. Shape the experience. • Own the Salesforce product roadmap from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration. • Translate requirements from sales, mortgage advisory, marketing, and operations into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria your developer can build from immediately. • Manage the backlog and sprint cycles in close partnership with our Senior Salesforce Developers and engineering teams. • Drive user adoption and change management: people should want to use the tools you build. • Define and track KPIs for each feature; use data to continuously improve the platform. • Stay ahead of Salesforce's annual releases, evaluating new capabilities. Cross-Platform Flexibility • Flex to adjacent platforms: customer portals, partner tools, or other user-facing SaaS, applying the same product discipline regardless of the underlying stack. • Partner with UX and design to ensure a coherent experience across every user touchpoint. • Bring a platform-agnostic mindset: the goal is always the best outcome for users, not loyalty to any one tool. • Run competitive analysis and market research to keep our platform strategy sharp and ahead of the curve. • Gather and synthesize user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage analytics to make evidence-based decisions. • Communicate clearly and with conviction to stakeholders at all levels: from ops leads to the executive team. AI-Augmented Ways of Working • Actively use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and prototyping. Every day, not occasionally. • Model what high-leverage AI usage looks like and help your colleagues level up alongside you. • Evaluate Salesforce's native AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce) as part of your platform roadmap: know when to build vs. buy vs. enable. NO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The profile. Required • 5-7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years directly owning a Salesforce environment. • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce's core clouds: Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud at minimum. • Enough platform fluency to hold a conversation with a Senior Salesforce…
