As Senior Product Manager for Search & Sort, you define and execute the end-to-end roadmap to elevate how millions in Europe discover products through semantic search, ranking, and personalization. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering and data science to deliver scalable, high-impact discovery solutions that fuel growth. You shape a modern, intent-driven experience, moving from rule-based sorting to dynamic, context-aware ranking. This role offers meaningful impact on revenue and customer experience in a fast-growing luxury e-commerce business.

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Search & Sort, including query understanding, semantic retrieval, ranking, and result presentation

Responsibilities

• 5+ years in product management delivering customer-facing digital products with measurable impact
• 2+ years in search, ranking, or recommendation systems (semantic search, embeddings, re-ranking)
• Strong understanding of search architecture, NLP, information retrieval; experience with LLMs is a plus
• Solid technical background in computer science, ML, data science, or software engineering
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in cross-functional, matrix environments
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to business and customer perspectives
