Senior Product Manager, Software Development

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of innovative software products. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape the future of our digital offerings from anywhere.

Responsibilities: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and user studies to identify new opportunities and unmet needs. Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Prioritize product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the development process. Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future product decisions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively across the organization. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Facilitate product decision-making, bringing data-driven insights and strategic thinking to the table. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on software products. Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and launch successful products. Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent understanding of software development processes and technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product features. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Experience managing complex product portfolios is a plus.
