These dedicated, cross-functional teams work within business functions to identify and maximize high-value productivity opportunities while delivering innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making quality, and overall speed.
About the Role: We are on the lookout for a strategic Senior Product Manager to join an Innovation Squad. In this role, you will be at the forefront of discovering, prioritizing, and delivering internal productivity solutions.
Key Requirements: • Extensive product management experience delivering software solutions in an agile environment, focusing on internal or operational aspects. • Hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools and modern automation practices, with a commitment to staying updated on relevant technical and product advancements. • Experience in building or managing AI-enabled workflow tools, process automation, and productivity systems, particularly in enterprise settings. • A strong background in leading workflow discovery, clearly defining productivity challenges, and transforming operational ambiguities into prioritized roadmaps and shipped solutions. • Exceptional collaboration skills with engineering teams and stakeholders, including the ability to make informed build/buy/partner decisions. • Proficiency in defining operational metrics and utilizing workflow data to inform product decisions and improvement cycles. • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional productivity projects that yield measurable efficiency outcomes. • Expertise in discovery methodologies; adept at identifying challenges, mapping workflows, quantifying impacts, and validating solutions swiftly with stakeholders while balancing speed with thoroughness. • Ability to navigate effectively across matrixed organizations and engage productively with various levels of seniority.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams to thoroughly understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recognize operational pain points, translating these into validated product opportunities with clearly defined ROI. • Create and manage a prioritized roadmap consisting of high-impact productivity use cases, considering implementation speed, technical feasibility, organizational risks, and scalability across functions. • Establish success metrics and reporting for each solution, including adoption rates, time savings, quality enhancements, and employee satisfaction, leveraging data for quick iterations. • Oversee end-to-end product delivery in a dynamic agile setting, working closely with engineers and operational stakeholders daily. • Define productivity-first product development by using modern discovery methods, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making processes. • Amplify impact beyond your squad by documenting best practices, reusable components, and lessons learned, collaborating with enterprise teams to ensure solutions are accessible and widely adopted throughout the organization.

Compensation: The compensation for this position varies based on location. Please refer to the base pay ranges: Home based-New York $115,400 - $192,200, Maryland $110,100 - $183,500, New York City $125,900 - $209,700, Rochester, NY $104,900 - $174,700, New Jersey $118,349 - $189,051. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
