The Textile Accessories product division is a central component of the Stöckli brand world. As Senior Product Manager, you will develop market-oriented product concepts and manage the operational implementation of the collection throughout its entire product lifecycle. You will represent our customers' perspective within the company and ensure that product ideas become compelling collections.
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated, and responsible person for our headquarters in Malters LU, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- You develop market-oriented product concepts and shape product strategy and collection architecture.
- You coordinate the development and implementation of the textile collection over the entire product lifecycle.
- You manage the collection development across the Textile Accessories divisions and lead central collection meetings.
- You work closely with divisional management, product development, production, sales, and brand marketing to ensure a successful market launch.
- You build up and manage international producers in the Accessories and Merchandising area (e.g., ski bags or backpacks).
- You manage development processes, conduct price negotiations, and coordinate sample and quality checks with producers.
- You ensure structured product data management in ERP and PIM systems.
- You support sales and marketing activities, e.g., with sales presentations, pre-order documents, or sales training.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in textiles, design, product management, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in product management for textiles or sports equipment, ideally in the outdoor or winter sports sector.
- You have experience working with international producers and managing product development processes.
- You have good knowledge of product data management (ERP / PIM) and are proficient with MS Office.
- You are experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign) and ideally also familiar with 3D creation software like Style3D, Browzwear, or CLO.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even with complex projects.
- You have a strong understanding of products, markets, and sales, as well as a great affinity for design and fashion.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
- You have a passion for ski sports and functional clothing.
