With close to half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.Job Purpose - As Senior Product Manager – Unsecured Lending Products at Emirates NBD, your role is to Ensure all the variants of the Unsecured Loan and Overdraft products of the Bank for both individual (including staff loans) and non-individual customers (SME/BB segments), with the key objective to maximize profitability and growth for the portfolio, especially new volume bookings at optimal pricing The incumbent is expected to drive the development of integrated strategies across customer segments (including staff loans), product and/or portfolio, along with the implementation of Personal Loan, Overdraft, Business Loan projects. Furthermore, incumbent is expected to actively monitor portfolio & channel(s) performance and make timely recommendations to achieve business targets. The role holder is expected to be the business interface with several multifunctional internal and external parties/stakeholders to establish strategic roadmap and implement the associated action plan to achieve desired results for the Unsecured Lending Business, comprising of the individual (including staff loans) and non-individual (SME/BB) customer segments including but not limited to Personal Loan, Business Loan & Overdraft product for Retail segment. The incumbent is expected to design, plan and launch contests, effective promotions/campaigns (tactical & marketing) for the profitable customer segment acquisitions through ATL/BTL campaigns, internal campaigns using various modes like: EDMs, SMS broadcasts, Online/Mobile Banking and social media platforms. This role necessitates good understanding of the various aspects of Personal Loan, Overdraft & SME loan product management viz., Product, Pricing, Promotions, Process, Platforms, channel management, local market knowledge etc. In addition to driving new volumes, designing & launching of new product variants, formulating innovative financial solutions for improved customer experience would also be few of the other key responsibilities of this role holder Responsibilities Responsible for product management, product development and implementation of Unsecured lending products, capabilities and benefits. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the competitors’ products. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies The incumbent is expected review and modify existing Unsecured Lending product features and benefits to maximize profitability and meet customer needs. Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. Responsible for analysis of the Unsecured Loan portfolio and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitable growth. Oversee all tasks associated with new program development working closely with key business partners (OpRisk, GOPS, Marketing, Sales, MB/IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to introduce and sell the program on an ongoing basis. Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships to co-create products and unique service offerings. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams. Create product strategy documents, campaign memos, business cases/proposal that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, CBA, operating profit, and ROI Collaborate with multiple Sales channels by communicating value and unique selling point of products; provide training and develop sales tools to facilitate the acquisition process Design, manage and execute new value propositions, promotions and tactical offers across all channels Evaluate & enhance product core value proposition to remain competitive and balance this with profitability metrics.
