(Senior) Product Manager (w/d/m) Controlling

Your Tasks

• You develop and implement a product strategy for our controlling and analytics solutions, based on sound market and competitor analyses and customer benefit.
• You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our controlling and analytics products, including strategic roadmap planning.
• You work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure product development meets market and customer requirements.
• You identify new market opportunities and evaluate potential product innovations and extensions in the area of controlling and analytics.
• You work closely with sales and marketing to develop and optimize marketing strategies for our controlling and analytics products.
• As an expert in your field, you represent the company at conferences and trade fairs and are actively involved in expert committees in the field of controlling and corporate governance.

Your Profile

• You have sound experience in product management, especially in developing and implementing successful product strategies in the software environment.
• You have already worked in software companies and are familiar with the requirements for developing digital products – from market analysis and requirement prioritization to successful implementation.
• You have experience in the lateral leadership of interdisciplinary teams and can bring together different perspectives, e.g., from development, sales, and customer success, in a goal-oriented manner.
• You have a good understanding of controlling processes and their mapping in software solutions and know how to translate functional requirements into user-oriented product features.
• You convince with strong communication skills in German and English and can convey complex topics clearly and understandably.
• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification rounds off your profile.
