Responsibilities
As a (Senior) Product Manager at the Karlsruhe, Montabaur, or Düsseldorf location, you will significantly shape the future of our product portfolio for our existing broadband customers. You will create transparency about performance, campaign success, and customer value, and provide well-founded decision-making bases for sales and management. With your analytical eye, you will identify customer needs, recognize connections early on, and continuously drive our needs-oriented product measures forward.
- Shaping products and measures for retaining and further developing our existing customers, taking into account current customer, market, and competitive conditions as well as product profitability
- Regular forecasts of relevant sales key figures, analysis of deviations, and derivation of concrete recommendations for action together with campaign and value management
- Monitoring and further development of business logic, especially to promote sustainable switching from DSL to fiber optics
- Analysis of complex issues and preparation of relevant decision papers for top management
- Planning and realization of cross-departmental projects
Profile
- A completed university degree or a comparable qualification
- Relevant, several years of professional experience in product management/marketing, sales, controlling, campaign management, or analytics – ideally in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and proven experience in creating well-founded analyses, forecasts, and data-based decision-making foundations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide impetus for the further development and optimization of sales and campaign measures
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as enjoyment in developing new analysis approaches and control models and putting them into practice
