Senior Product Manager — Enterprise Platforms & AI Efficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for critical internal enterprise systems (including Core HRIS, Asset Management, and Financial/Compliance Workflows). Drive the transition from fragmented, highly customized business requests to a unified, scalable platform architecture.
• Identify bottlenecks in cross-departmental operations (Finance, Legal, HR, Admin). Leverage LLMs, automated approval routing, and low-code capabilities to streamline complex compliance workflows and reduce manual repetitive tasks.
• Spearhead adoption of AI-native tools within the product development lifecycle. Implement intelligent prototyping (AI-assisted UI/UX), PRD generation, and developer handoff tools to significantly reduce PM-to-Dev overhead.
• Act as a solution architect to bridge technical infrastructure and complex business compliance rules. Manage expectations across multiple demanding stakeholders while strategically pushing back on non-scalable customizations.
• Define and track key success metrics for internal platforms (e.g., process turnaround time, system adoption rate, request resolution efficiency). Design rigorous experiments to quantify the business impact of AI and platformization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, internal enterprise tools, ERP, HRIS, or procurement/financial systems.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/LLM technologies to real-world business or productivity problems (e.g., integrating AI copilots into workflows, utilizing AI for internal PM efficiency).
• Exceptional ability to analyze highly complex, compliance-heavy workflows and abstract them into scalable, decoupled platform solutions. Capable of balancing standardized platform design with flexible operational needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mining. Strong resilience and negotiation skills to handle pushback from business units while driving platform standardization.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical teams with global business stakeholders and clearly articulate the ROI of platform transitions.
