Our client is a young, fast-growing climate tech company from Munich specializing in intelligent energy solutions for industrial and commercial customers. With a clear focus on battery storage, software, and data-driven optimization, the company helps its clients significantly reduce energy costs while simultaneously lowering CO₂ emissions. As a full-service provider, it handles the entire value chain – from analysis to implementation and operation.

A strong eight-figure financing round has been completed, and several new employees are now joining the team. A key position is the role of the Product Manager, who will significantly drive the completion of the MVP in the coming quarters.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end further development of a data-driven energy product (software + hardware-related solutions).
• You will define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in close coordination with founders and the tech team.
• You will translate complex energy use cases (e.g., storage optimization, electricity price logic) into scalable product features.
• You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful implementation.
• You will analyze the market, competition, and customer needs, deriving clear product decisions.
• You will establish KPIs and manage your product based on data.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager – ideally in the SaaS, Energy, or Deep Tech environment.
• Strong understanding of data-driven products and complex system landscapes.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (Tech, Business, Operations).
• Ability to translate complex topics simply and structurally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of taking responsibility in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ideally, initial exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial business models.
