This is a high-impact Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, with direct influence on how Druid positions, packages, launches, and scales its AI agent story globally.
What you'll do
- Develop technically credible product messaging for Druid’s AI agents and Conversational AI Platform, translating technical capabilities into clear buyer value across priority verticals.
- Build AI-assisted GTM programs for vertical prospect targeting, account research, personalized outreach sequencing, and campaign execution using modern AI-native GTM tools.
- Create high-impact sales and buyer enablement assets, including pitch decks, vertical playbooks, battlecards, demo narratives, use-case briefs, launch materials, and customer proof points that help sales teams win target vertical deals.
- Track competitors and market shifts across agentic AI and conversational AI; turn insights into actionable positioning and sales plays.
- Lead customer discovery with executives, users, sales teams, solution consultants, and implementation teams to uncover market needs, competitive alternatives, buying triggers, objections, and proof points.
- Bring execution discipline to an AI startup environment: prioritize the highest-leverage work, move fast, test messaging in market, and continuously improve based on customer and field feedback.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Marketing to build differentiated GTM narratives for priority vertical AI agents and align roadmap, launches, enablement, campaigns, website messaging, and field execution.
What you bring
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in AI, automation, conversational AI, CCaaS, CRM, enterprise workflow, or adjacent technical software markets.
- Strong daily working fluency with agentic AI productivity tools is a must; you should already use tools like Claude Cowork/Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenClaw, or similar AI productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and execution.
- Strong aptitude for understanding technical topics quickly, including AI agents, LLMs, RAG, integrations, APIs, workflow automation, analytics, governance, security, and enterprise deployment models.
- Resourceful and scrappy in a fast-moving startup environment, with a builder mindset: high standards, low ego, strong writing, crisp thinking, fast iteration, commercial judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear GTM output.
- Effective in remote working environments and willing to collaborate across time zones with key stakeholders in EMEA.
- Proven ability to create sharp positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for complex B2B software products sold to senior business and technology buyers.
- Cross-functional operating strength: comfortable driving alignment with Product, Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and executives without waiting for perfect process or perfect inputs.
