About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Amazon Prime, your role will involve driving the communication strategy for Prime plans. You will work on surfacing Prime plans across key Prime upsell locations and partner with channel teams to drive adoption of Prime plans. This position requires working with local and international teams, managing expectations and dependencies with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, have strong creative skills, and be capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with funnel optimization, content experimentation, and data analysis, particularly with SQL, will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing strategy and execution for the business and product portfolio to drive adoption and scale.
  • Define, develop, execute, and analyze high‑impact go‑to‑market digital and physical channel marketing strategies.
  • Develop insights into customer acquisition drivers and translate them into go‑to‑market programs, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Execute campaigns leveraging merchandising vehicles, using data and best practices to optimize decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate internally with various teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
  • Report on success metrics related to acquisition.

Qualifications Required

  • MBA with 6+ years of Product Marketing experience.
  • 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
  • Preferred: Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
