This position will be located in Zug, Switzerland.
Role Summary
Own the end‑to‑end product marketing charter for a digital building platform that powers autonomous building operations.
Convert advanced capabilities (IoT/OT data, AI/ML, analytics, APIs) into clear value propositions, commercial narratives, and field‑ready enablement that drive pipeline, win rate, ARR, adoption, and expansion.
Responsibilities
Market & Strategy
- Act as the product line expert, defining ICP, segmentation, and market sizing.
- Gather customer, partner, and field insights to translate needs into actionable GTM priorities.
Positioning & Narrative
- Develop clear, persona‑specific messaging for key stakeholders, tailor by industry, validate with the field, and brief analysts to amplify the story.
Commercialization
- Co‑lead pricing, packaging, and release readiness, ensuring all stakeholders know what’s new and why it matters.
Revenue Enablement
- Create sales tools, demos, and coaching programs, delivering live demos and feeding field insights back into messaging and roadmap.
Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market signals, publish guidance, and leverage analyst input to strengthen positioning and strategy.
AI & Analytics Fluency
- Track relevant AI/analytics trends, create credible use cases and benchmarks, and provide simple, impactful field‑ready messaging and demos.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
- MBA or advanced business qualification is an advantage.
- 8–12 years in B2B software product marketing, with 2–3 years operating at Senior PMM scope.
- Proven impact on pipeline, win rate, ARR/retention, and adoption/expansion, with specific examples linked to product launches, sales initiatives, or pricing and packaging changes.
- Familiar with building automation systems (BMS/BAS), HVAC controls, and common field instrumentation, and understand how these environments connect to cloud‑based SaaS platforms through APIs and basic data integration.
- Have a grasp of the business implications (security and interoperability expectations, time‑to‑value, and measurable outcomes) so you can turn them into clear value stories, demos, and sales plays.
- Strong cross‑collaboration skills across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Training, Digital Services, and Leadership.
- Strategic and execution‑oriented, able to drive result with strong business model, digital revenue, and monetization understanding.
- Relationship and stakeholder management, able to build trust across global and regional teams, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Agile and resilient, thrives in high‑growth, fast‑changing environments with strong communication, influencing, and solution‑focused mindset.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
