- **Qualitative Insights Enablement:** - Work alongside the user research/customer insights teams to ensure product teams are enabled with useful and insightful research to guide product strategy. - Facilitate access to infrastructure for ongoing customer testing and feedback.
- **Tools and Best Practices Evangelism:** - Develop and lead onboarding programs and training for product managers and designers. - Coach teams on advanced discovery techniques and tool selection, sharing relevant examples and best practices. - Help standardize processes to streamline product development workflows. - Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of product management tools (e.g., roadmapping, prototyping, analytics). - Document and share best practices to ensure consistency across teams.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination:** - Act as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. - Facilitate communication of product updates, strategies, and priorities across stakeholders.
