About the Role: In this pivotal role, the Senior Product Operations Manager will merge operational excellence with program management to bolster our product roadmap, delivery processes, and budget oversight. You will work closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Client Services, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless product operations, high-quality releases, and alignment with organizational objectives. Your efforts will significantly influence operational efficiency, foster cross-functional collaboration, and enhance product performance across the Panalgo portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Proactively identify operational challenges and lead resolutions to drive continuous improvements in product quality and efficiency.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful planning and execution of operational initiatives and product launches.

• Oversee operational workstreams for the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure timely completion of initiatives within budget.

• Handle escalations with urgency, quickly gathering facts, assessing their impact, and mobilizing relevant teams for swift resolution.

• Manage key operational deliverables including business case documentation, product budgets, process governance, and tool administration (Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.).

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support effective product rollout planning, including alignment of launch timelines, messaging strategies, documentation, and organizational readiness.

• Lead or assist in product performance measurement, analytics, and the continuous improvement of processes and technologies.

• Drive the development of reports and dashboards to aid leadership decision-making and optimize team productivity.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in product operations, release management, and performance tracking across the IHD product suite.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standards concerning data privacy and security.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure operational and financial success.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar roles.

• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and familiarity with product development tools including Jira and Confluence.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting tools.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Able to learn swiftly, organize work effectively, and execute tasks in a fast-paced context.

• Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for ownership of outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills with a grasp of both business and technical aspects of product development.

• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint) along with experience using Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Pendo, Gainsight, or similar tools. Experience with AI integration into workflows is a plus.

• Understanding of Product Management principles; prior experience in Product Management or healthcare is a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
