Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive critical Product VP+ operating reviews and execution check-ins
• Build and monitor key metrics and customer feedback to develop actionable insights
• Work with Product, Engineering, and GTM partners to identify growth opportunities and execute high-priority initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a chief of staff role
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Data-driven with the ability to structure complex analysis
• Highly organized with the ability to execute on large, cross-functional processes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter
