About the role
About
What awaits you
- The (further) development of a best-in-class digital banking solution together with a highly motivated team and state-of-the-art technologies. You will have technical responsibility for modules of our tim Banking Suite.
- An agile environment that lives up to its name and moves forward continuously and purposefully.
- Collaboration with a wide variety of roles in product management: Architects, software developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, project managers, sales managers, marketing specialists, as well as product owners and business analysts.
- Abstraction of market and customer requirements into product requirements. This can be achieved using various methods: prototyping, conducting workshops with stakeholders, analyzing market studies, etc.
- Introduction of the tim Banking Suite at banks as part of integration projects. You will be able to accompany projects from start to finish and perform various activities. Depending on the need, you will take on the role of Product Owner or Business Analyst. In addition, roles such as Scrum Master or Test-Release Manager are also possible.
- Participation in sales events in the form of presentations and also in the creation of offers or the processing of RFPs.
- Creation of a roadmap in collaboration with product management and members of the Banking Suite team.
What you bring
- You are of the opinion that skills come before hierarchy and are a highly motivated person with an interest in diverse activities.
- You have a flair for product development.
- You hold a university degree (Uni, FH) in Business Informatics, Banking Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the banking environment and understand the difference between individual and product development.
- You are just as interested in technology as you are in banking. Terms such as Perimeter Security, APIs, Backend, and Frontend are as familiar to you as securities trading, payment transactions, lending, and asset wealth management.
- You are equally comfortable in agile product development using methods like Scrum and Kanban as you are in a project that works according to a phase model.
- You speak fluent German and English. Other languages are an advantage.
- It is an advantage if you know the digital banking market: Products from Avaloq, Finnova, Crealogix, for example, are not unknown to you.
