Senior Product Owner

UST is searching for a Senior Product Owner. This role will be the functional owner of the initiatives, responsible for connecting business vision, strategic priorities, and execution, working directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the implementation team.

The opportunity:

• Lead the gathering and functional definition of CRM initiatives, acting as the owner of the scope and the solution.
• Document AS-IS / TO-BE processes, identifying opportunities for standardization.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear and actionable business rules.
• Manage and prioritize the product/initiative backlog in Jira, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and validate functional solutions within Salesforce, considering impacts between modules and dependencies.
• Support the functional execution of initiatives in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Datorama.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies with integrations, data, security, architecture, and other teams.

What you need:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Functional Lead roles in CRM projects.
• Solid experience with Salesforce, especially: Service Cloud (required)
• Sales
• Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Experience providing functional leadership in multi-module projects.
• Experience gathering complex requirements and structuring actionable backlogs.
• Ability to document processes, business rules, and acceptance criteria with a high level of clarity.
• Experience coordinating or leading User Account Control (UAT) with the business.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and business areas.
• Professional/functional level of Spanish and English.
