Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Financial Custodial and Wealth Management systems to drive product strategy and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Define and manage product roadmap, backlog, and user stories
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with product goals
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Financial Custodial and Wealth Management systems
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolios, and financial services
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large financial institutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in Agile/Product Ownership (CSPO, SAFe, etc.) is a plus
