We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (f/m/d) who sits at the intersection of product thinking, technical execution, and organizational alignment, with a strong emphasis on creating measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and continuously evolve the product direction and priorities across interconnected product areas (SaaS)
• Work closely with engineering to translate strategy into incremental, deliverable outcomes
• Break down ambiguous problem spaces into structured, actionable work items
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product and platform considerations
• Actively align stakeholders with different perspectives, ensuring clarity and forward momentum
• Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decisions and challenge assumptions
• Identify and remove friction in processes, communication, and delivery flows
• Contribute to shaping how product work is done — not just what is built

What You Bring:

• Several years of experience in a Product Manager/Owner Role for digital products in a technical environment
• Strong ability to move between strategy, detail, development and execution without losing context
• Confidence in working with engineers on topics such as system design, APIs, and trade-offs
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
• Comfort working in evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy
• Structured thinking combined with a pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset
• Fluent English, German is a plus
• Experience in technically complex or highly integrated product environments
• Exposure to platform thinking or multi-product ecosystems
• Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery practices
• Experience working with distributed teams

Salary:

• Gross annual salary starting at EUR 70,000. Higher remuneration based on qualifications and professional experience is of course possible.
