The Position

As a Senior Product Owner, you are the crucial link between product strategy and technical implementation. You will work closely with the Head of Product & Projects and our development teams, and you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and implementing the product roadmap – for all our products.

You will translate market requirements, customer feedback, and strategic goals into actionable epics and user stories. You will always keep the big picture in mind: customer benefit, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end product roadmap – from vision to release across all ISP/Telco and SMB product lines
  • Planning, prioritizing, and managing product development in close collaboration with the engineering teams
  • Translating market requirements, customer feedback, and strategic goals into actionable epics and user stories
  • Prioritizing the backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic relevance
  • Close collaboration with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering, and QA to ensure quality and time-to-market
  • Actively shaping product strategy as a sparring partner for the leadership team
  • Stakeholder management at all levels – from developers to C-level, as well as with customers and partners
  • Promoting data-driven decisions by defining KPIs, measuring results, and continuous iteration
  • Continuous improvement of processes, cross-team collaboration, and delivery quality

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role in a technical (SaaS) environment
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as practical tools
  • Technical understanding: Ability to discuss architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with developers on equal footing
  • Experience working with distributed, international teams
  • Know-how in web and mobile applications
  • Analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic approach (focus on efficient solutions rather than over-optimization)
  • Very good English skills (German is a plus)
  • Plus: Experience in Cybersecurity, Telco/ISP, or network technologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience with DNS Security, Mobile Security, or Endpoint Protection
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe PO/PM
  • Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven product development

Why Us?

  • Actively shaping product strategy as a sparring partner for the leadership team
  • Working with data-driven decisions: Defining KPIs, measuring success, and continuous development
  • Continuous improvement of processes, cross-team collaboration, and delivery quality
  • A dynamic and international work environment
  • A pleasant working atmosphere in a young and highly motivated team
  • A responsible role with the opportunity to take ownership and actively make an impact
  • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
  • Modern office in a central location in Vienna
  • Meal allowance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Home office, public transport ticket, snacks & drinks
  • Team events

The minimum salary for this position is starting from EUR 3,954.00 gross/month based on full-time employment (ST1/‘ regular level). The actual salary will be significantly above the collective agreement and will be based on qualifications and professional experience.
