Responsibilities

With us, you can look forward to projects with international clients. Apply, or identify and implement improvements in RAMS, ILS, IPS in product creation or engineering, in the development of Industry 4.0 systems, autonomous driving functions, or other networked systems. Here, you can help shape innovations and technology development in our clients' product development using your IPS engineering expertise and business competence:

• Actively shape the transformation of current technical products and processes into product and service combinations in a networked world.
• Analyze and improve the system lifecycle with our clients and jointly plan and realize implementation in the project team.
• Advise and support the integration of growing AI, software components, and sustainability requirements into products and increasing networking within the ecosystem.
• Pragmatically and hands-on, support the transformation to a modern way of working.
• Develop and design customer-oriented training and workshops as part of enablement.
• Enable and manage the integration of requirements from the product lifecycle into the product creation process by designing processes and methods.
• Take over operational overall management and further development of a branch with profit/loss responsibility.
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership of employees and personnel development.
• Ensure quality standards and prepare offers and calculations.
• Actively maintain and expand customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed Master's degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering.
• You have at least 5 years of practical and project management experience from industry or consulting.
• Experience in creating maintenance analyses, lifecycle costs, and reliability studies.
• You are familiar with the analyses and implementation of product support dependencies in development.
• You have very good knowledge of the overall context in the product creation process.
• You are strong in presentations, have excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor with clients and suppliers.
• Innovative strength and a strong service mentality for solution-oriented and forward-thinking actions for the benefit of our clients.
• You are familiar with modern IT systems for collaboration and possess social competence and teamwork skills.
• Systems Engineering and MBSE are familiar approaches in the context of INCOSE.
• Good commercial understanding and self-motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new, previously unknown subject areas and continuous learning.
• Willingness to undertake regular, multi-day national and international business trips.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
