For one of my customer we are seeking a Senior Product Tech Lead to design, architect, and lead the development of a strategic internal solution that will empower our sales organization with data-driven insights and intelligent tools to drive commercial growth. Experience

Product Tech Lead (AI Solution)

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role driving end-to-end delivery of complex systems.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing scalable, modular, and sustainable architectures for AI and data platforms, ensuring reusability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Strong track record in designing and delivering AI‑powered and data‑intensive applications in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Python, with proficiency in one or more additional languages such as C#, Java, or Scala.

Cloud, Data & AI Expertise

• Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Platform (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory), and cloud-native services.
• Strong experience in data architecture and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) to support analytics and AI use cases.
• Proven ability to design and manage data pipelines and data products (batch and real‑time), ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and lifecycle management in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with large‑scale structured and unstructured data, including modern data formats (e.g., Parquet, Delta).
• Familiarity with semantic models and analytics layers (e.g., Power BI, Fabric) to enable business consumption of data.

Architecture, Integration & Engineering Practices

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise system integration, particularly with SAP and Salesforce ecosystems is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and production deployment of AI solutions.
• Familiarity with modern data and messaging formats (e.g., JSON, Avro).

Certifications & Languages

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or AI Engineer) are a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
