They produce and distribute their high-quality products through various sales channels (including food retail, specialty trade, and end consumers). Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager m/f/d, you will be the communication hub between product development and the market. You will manage the brand, develop and steer the product strategy, design product launches, be responsible for assortment planning, conduct market/competitor and trend analyses, manage product development projects, and define packaging solutions. You will be in close contact with product development, sales, purchasing, and external partners. You will report directly to the managing board.

Your Profile

For this exciting role, based on a business administration degree (e.g., with a focus on marketing), you should already have professional experience as a Product or Brand Manager (m/f/d) and possess the toolbox of professional product management (ideally in the FMCG/B2C sector). You enjoy a role where you communicate closely with colleagues from different departments, customers, and suppliers. You work in a structured, analytical, and data-driven manner, but also have the "can-do" attitude to drive ideas forward in a medium-sized company: feel and make the brand tangible!
