About the Position
As a Senior Product Manager for Cart & Checkout, you will play a key role in optimizing our central e-commerce experience and have a direct impact on revenue generation. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our cart and checkout processes in multiple European markets. With your 5-7 years of experience in product management and e-commerce, you will drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through precise A/B testing and data-driven insights. You will define and implement the product roadmap, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX) that meets both customer needs and business objectives. This position requires strong agile project management skills and the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders across multiple European countries, working closely with an internationally distributed, cross-functional team of engineering, design, and marketing.
Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in product management
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce processes
- Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing
- Solid knowledge of Agile project management
- Strong sense for User Experience (UX)
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in creating and maintaining roadmaps
- Solid data analysis skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with payment systems and their integration
- Knowledge of Jira or comparable tools for agile product management
- Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for advanced data analysis
- Basic technical understanding of web technologies and system integration (e.g., APIs)
- Intercultural competence and experience working with international teams
