Neuraxpharm is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Multiple Sclerosis (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team, focusing specifically on products in the field of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of our MS products, from product conception to market launch. This individual will work closely with internal, cross-functional teams, particularly Medical Affairs, Market Access, Key Account Management, and the International Marketing team, as well as medical and scientific experts, organizations, and patient advocacy groups, to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and initiatives that address the unique challenges and needs of the MS markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility for an innovative MS therapeutic with high relevance in early intervention and highly active disease courses.
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies based on the principle "Time is brain – hit hard and early."
- Positioning the product as the preferred first-line therapy for suitable patient profiles.
- Close collaboration with field sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and international stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Analysis of market and competitor data to derive targeted actions.
- Conception and execution of professional events, digital campaigns, and educational formats for neurologists.
- Management of agencies and external partners in compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- Completed degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis. Experience in developing orphan drugs is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis, including disease pathophysiology, patient pathways, diagnostic challenges, and available treatment options.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies for Multiple Sclerosis.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for market research, data analysis, and project management.
- Ethical and compliant behavior, adherence to company values and regulatory guidelines.
- Fluent English and German language skills are required.

Requirements
