About the Role

The Product Manager HCP OC & FMS DACH is responsible for product and portfolio management throughout the entire lifecycle, including market launches, pricing strategy, and product quality. The role manages marketing and promotional activities, develops value-added and KOL concepts, and supports sales with training and sales-relevant documents. It also participates in AOP, budget, and forecast planning, analyzes market and competitor developments, and works closely with Sales, Global Marketing, and internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS

• Adaptation of global product and marketing strategies to the DACH markets
• Responsibility for portfolio and life-cycle management including phase-out planning
• Management of product launches including forecasting, launch concepts and training
• Coordination of product approvals and registrations (DE / AT / CH)
• Ensuring product quality as well as management of product warnings and recalls
• Development and implementation of the pricing strategy, taking market and reimbursement systems into account
• Close cooperation with Sales on segmentation, targeting and channel strategies
• Conception and implementation of target group-specific marketing and promotional measures
• Planning, execution and follow-up of congresses and trade fairs
• Development and implementation of KOL and value-added concepts
• Creation of product-related sales documents and argumentation guides
• Conducting product, competitor and service training for Sales
• Support for AOP, budget and forecast planning
• Ongoing market and competitor analysis and derivation of strategic measures
• Participation in global and local projects, as well as occasional presence, especially in the DACH markets

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies with a focus on Marketing
• Knowledge and several years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the field of medical devices
• Confident application of marketing mix instruments and methods of future-oriented marketing and product management
• Analytical and strategic-conceptual skills
• Interest in our business areas and the structure of the healthcare market within the DACH region
• Enjoyment of the challenge of further developing and expanding a product area
• Very independent way of working and high sense of responsibility
• Pleasure in working in a team and exchanging ideas with colleagues in field sales and with customers
• Confident presentation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good IT skills and confidence in using MS Office
• Residence in Munich or the surrounding area
