Wir suchen eine:n bankfachlich versierte:n Senior Produktmanager:in für hochkomplexe Finanzdienstleistungen im Bereich Gewerbliches Geschäft – in Teilzeit (19,5 Stunden/Woche).

Here you will be active

  • In product management, you will look after highly complex financial services in commercial business – primarily products related to commercial financing, including special financing, as well as interest rate, currency, and commodity management.
  • Here you will take economic responsibility and strategic direction for your assigned product portfolio – always oriented towards customer needs in order to successfully launch sales activities.
  • You will be responsible for the analysis, design, and further development of your assigned highly complex products, product ranges, and services and will coordinate with all stakeholders.
  • You will develop innovative product concepts, align them specifically with changing customer needs, market, and competitive situations, and accompany their sales implementation in tandem with internal committees.
  • You will define sales targets for your area of responsibility, set up sales measures and campaigns, and monitor their effectiveness and costs.
  • You will keep an eye on sales success for your product portfolio, including through ongoing monitoring, regular economic analyses, and the initiation of countermeasures in the event of negative developments.
  • In a controlling role, you will ensure transparent communication between internal specialist departments and external financial service providers and participate in cross-departmental projects, e.g. with the German Savings Banks and Giro Association.

What distinguishes you

  • For this demanding position, you have qualified as a bank or savings bank business administrator or can present a degree in business administration with a bachelor's degree.
  • Crucial is your many years of professional experience in product management at a financial service provider or in banking – ideally, you have looked after highly complex financial products for investors, companies, or investors.
  • With your good industry knowledge of the market, competition, and products, as well as strong analytical skills, it is easy for you to penetrate complex subject areas and regulatory requirements.
  • You are strong in networking and project management – you find the right approach to different customer groups and stakeholders, act solution-oriented even in conflict situations, and know how to convince in sales.
