In this role, you will contribute as a Senior in the R&D PMO to the design and implementation of project management standards and methods. You will work closely with project managers and development departments to successfully plan, execute, and monitor projects. You will conduct audits, reports, and dashboards, as well as training on project management topics. Your analytical, structured approach and strong communication skills will support integrated, cross-functional project work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and methods
• Support for project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Conducting project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards
• Creation and maintenance of project management reports and dashboards
• Conducting training and coaching for project managers and employees
• Support with resource planning and allocation
• Identification and implementation of improvements in project management
• Collaboration with other departments for integrated project work

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Experience in development/implementation of PM standards and methods
• Very good knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project or comparable systems
• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• High analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, self-reliant way of working; agile mindset
• High willingness to provide service and team spirit
• Strong team and cooperation skills
