THE ROLE

This is a performance-based role where results influence income over time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with inbound enquiries from individuals exploring development opportunities
• Conducting short introductory conversations
• Guiding individuals through a structured decision-making process
• Working with established digital education programs and live events
• Managing your own workflow and follow-up within a clear framework

This is not about adding more to an already full schedule, but about creating a more flexible and aligned way of working over time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Experience operating at a senior level
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to commit approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Comfortable working within a structured environment
• Interest in ongoing personal and professional development
